Late day sun on tabular iceberg in Grandidier Channel, Antarctica
Waiting minutes to hours for light to happen is often part of the quest for great photos. In Antarctica’s Grandidier Channel, I’d stood on deck for hours, in boring, cloudy light that did nothing to emphasize the beauty of these massive tabular icebergs. Finally, the sun broke out for a few minutes, painting the edge of this iceberg.
